How to shop
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse the website using the Navigation on the left and top of each page, by clicking the main sections on the home page or by using the Search facility. When you find a product that you wish to order, click the "add to basket" button next to the size you require; this adds the item to your personal shopping basket. From here, you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout stage where you can pay for your order and specify your delivery details.
Please make sure you provide a valid email address when you shop so that we can contact you to keep you informed about your order.
Purchasing and Payment
Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will be asked to register a few details that we need to complete your order request.
We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment.
All payments are made in Pounds Sterling. If your Credit or Debit Card company do not operate in Sterling, your card issuer will convert the transaction into your own currency.
All credit card and personal details that you send to us through the Internet are encrypted for your safety, which ensures they cannot be seen by anyone attempting to intercept your visit to our site. However, if you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can telephone our Customer Services department who will take your order and card details. For British customers only we will also accept cheques in Pounds Sterling but we will not be able to start processing your order until we receive your cheque, and the cheque has cleared through our normal banking procedures, normally 5 working days.
Delivery Information
UK Orders:
Standard Delivery Service (2 - 7 Working Days) – Free Deliveries on UK Orders over £50.
Standard delivery orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. There is a flat charge of £2.99 for an unlimited number of items. We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working days.
Republic of Ireland Orders:
Standard delivery orders will be shipped via Fastways Couriers. There is a charge of £5.99 for 1 item and a maximum rate of £7.99 for orders under 30KG for standard delivery orders. We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working days.
Express Delivery Service (Next Working Day)
When placing your order, you have the option to choose an Express Delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm and will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Depending on your location, there are two Express Delivery services, the prices of which are outlined below:
- £4.99 – Northern Ireland
- £5.99 - England / Wales / Scottish Mainland
- £6.99 - Scottish Highlands / Channel Islands / Isle of Man / Isle of Scilly / BFPO Forces Mail
This service is available to all mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses but extended delivery times may be experienced to Northern Scotland and other isolated areas.
Please note that both express delivery services require a signature upon delivery.
European Union:
For products to be delivered within the EU a charge of £7.20 is made for the first item. An extra charge of £3.60 per item is made thereafter. Delivery times vary throughout the EU. Please allow up to 25 working days for delivery.
For Bulk Deliveries please contact us in advance for Postage Discounts.
Rest of the world:
For products to be delivered to the Rest of The World a charge of £10.00 is made for the first item. An extra charge of £5.00 per item is made thereafter. Delivery times vary throughout the world. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
Style N Sport is not responsible for any import taxes due on deliveries where payable in certain countries where this applies.
Returns Information
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from Style N Sport you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase fora refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition including all swing tickets and wrapping.
Three Easy steps for returning your item(s) to us:
- Fill in the Returns Form found on the reverse of your invoice / dispatch note. Alternatively, you can download our Customers Return Form
- Repackage the item(s) securely and enclose the returns form.
- Attach the returns label found on the front of your invoice / dispatch note to your parcel and send the parcel back to us at the address shown.
Style N Sport cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded service for greater security. When returning an item we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge
Faulty / Defective goods
If the manufactures recommended cleaning instructions are followed and the product has been used for its intended purpose, generally almost all faults will appear within the first 3 months after purchase. For this reason you may return any faulty item up to 3 months after the date of purchase. This product would then be professionally inspected for any faults of manufacture and a judgement made. If the damage to the product is deemed accidental damage/wear and tear, the product will be returned to the customer. If the inspection reveals any fault of manufacture then the product will be exchanged for new replacement product or fully refunded. If a product is deemed faulty, we will re-emburse you with reasonable costs of your return shipping charge if you include a receipt.
Under extreme circumstances, providing the product does not show excessive wear or neglect, a product may still be defective after 3 months of purchase. You may therefore return the item for an assessment by one of our specialists. These products may take longer to evaluate as often the manufactures approval or intervention is needed. Unfortunately, after this period of time, any products that are sent back to us for an inspection are done so at the customers own risk. We can not guarantee to be able to offer any refund or replacement on products returned to us after this period of time.
We evaluate each returned faulty product professionally and as quickly as possible with an aim to keep every customer satisfied with the highest level of customer service possible.
Please note: all faulty goods must be clean, dry and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any return we deem to be too dirty or wet.
